A recent study published in the American Journal of clinical nutrition reports no association between unprocessed red meat and poultry intake & the risk of early death, heart disease, cancer or stroke.

This is a large scale perspective cohort study with a more diverse population and broad patterns of diet then previously reported studies. It includes information from 134,297 people from 21 countries spanning 5 continents. ๐ŸŒŽ
