Megan offers an online fitness training program through Trainerize app, that involves movement screenings to address any muscle imbalances and individualized fitness programing specific to your goals, with detailed videos for demonstration, daily habit coaching, supplementation recommendations, weekly check-ins, mindset support & on-demand workout videos! everything you need for your success.
She uses a holistic approach to foods and Nutrition. Her philosophy is simple and easy to follow, by providing an education on how to nourish your body appropriately while enjoying your favorite foods. She reviews your food logs each week providing individualized guidance and support depending on your specific needs, creating an individualized Balanced nutrition program that is sustainable called Intentional nourishment. it is not about following “rules” or restrictions that create deprivation— we focus on creating healthy habits that facilitate lasting results.
In this program we go through the core elements to create the solid foundation necessary to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Personalized Assessment
During this phase, we’ll go over your past and current fitness and nutrition, establish habit foundations: goals, mindset, strengths, and weaknesses. This allows us to develop an individualized program, effectively identifying the possible areas of muscular imbalance, old or current injuries, self-sabotaging behaviors, etc. We will establish a baseline so we can track progress along all the areas of wellness.
GMT Protocols
Ground, Multiple-joint and Three Dimensional Movements
After submitting your movement screen assessment videos, we develop a specific mobility and flexibility training program for you. This is important to reduce muscle stiffness and increase joint range of motion. These exercises will improve your overall ability to move while reducing the risk for injury.
Specialized Strength Training
Strength training with free weights using a variety of exercises, planes of motion, and intensities; this evidence based approach will provide the most efficient and effective workouts possible.
Flexible Dieting
Proper nutrition strategies will boost your energy and performance, so you are always at the top of your game. My philosophy will provide you with a sense of freedom from restricted dieting, while experiencing fat loss, and increased muscle definition.

Together we discuss your current supplement regimen and re-evaluate which products are actually worth your money.

1) Intensive Foundation Program $880 or $450 each month(click link to enroll)

–Phone coaching, 15 min session, weekly.
-On-demand MeganmeFitFam video workouts
-Fundamental training components: individualized fitness and nutritional programming, habit coaching, weekly check-ins, and daily support through Trainerize app.
2) Optimal Foundation Program– $535 PIF or
$275 each month(Click link to enroll)
-Review of labs, hormone and hair testing.
–Phone call coaching, 15 min session, monthly.

-Fundamental training components: individualized fitness and nutritional programming, habit coaching, weekly check-ins, and daily support through Trainerize app.
After completion of the 8-week foundations program, you may continue at your current rate and program features or drop to the Fundamental Foundations program which is $200/month, month-to-month.
